We’re excited to roll out 9 new updates and features to end 2025, many of which are highly requested, to help you save time, improve coaching quality, and deliver an even better experience for your clients.

Here’s a quick overview of what’s new and how each update helps you coach better.

1. View Exercise Comment History

Never lose valuable coaching notes again.

You can now view all past comments on an exercise, during or after a workout. This helps you easily revisit cues, feedback, and progression notes. Nothing slips through the cracks, and each session builds on the last.

2. Saved Responses for Faster, Consistent Messaging

3. New Journal in the Client App Nutrition Screen

Everything nutrition-related, now in one place.

The new Journal shows all logged meals and daily macros in one place. Clients can open each meal to see notes, reactions, log time, and save favorites.

4. Upgraded Calorie Tracker: 3 Powerful Improvements

Logging meals just got a lot easier and more accurate.

Log meals faster with 2 new tabs

  • Saved Meal tab: Clients can save favorite meals and log them instantly with just one click.
  • Assigned Meal tab: Clients can scroll and log all assigned or scheduled meals for the week. No more searching and manual tapping to log them.

Add Logged Time

Clients can now adjust the time when they ate each meal, breakfast, lunch, snack, or dinner, for more precise tracking. For coaches, this means more accurate data and better decision-making in meal planning.


5. Other updates to support your coaching and programming

  • Drag & Drop exercises & sections between day and week in the Master Plan for faster programming and less friction.
  • Hide the community member list for an extra layer of privacy.
  • You can now automatically assign Recipe Books to clients using Zapier. This is perfect for onboarding flows.
