A New Chapter: Joining Everfit and Building the Future of Health

I’m thrilled to be joining the Product team at Everfit. And I’ll admit, when I first came across the platform, I almost wrote it off as just another fitness app in an already crowded space. But the more I dug in, the more I realized Everfit is something different. It’s not just about workouts, recipes, or on-demand resources. At its core, it’s about unlocking human potential through community, accountability, inspiration, and growth.

The timing couldn’t be more personal for me.

After my daughter was born, my health quietly slipped down the priority list, as it does for so many new parents. Now I’m actively working to rebuild my strength. I’ve recently started a GLP-1, and I’m being more intentional about building muscle and fueling my body with more protein. Walking into this role while also being on my own health journey isn’t a coincidence. It’s alignment.

Finally, a Real Shot at Product-Led Growth

I’ve spent my career studying Product Led Growth principles, but I’ve never had the opportunity to live them out at an organization truly built for it. At Everfit, the product itself is the engine for coach acquisition, conversion, and retention — and having a self-service distribution vehicle already in place is what makes that possible. The free trial isn’t just a sales tactic; it’s the front door to the entire experience. I’m genuinely excited to position the product to let coaches discover its value on their own terms and convert organically.

The Big Bet: A Marketplace Built for the Fitness Ecosystem

What I’m most focused on right now is something still in its early stages, but I believe it will be a true game-changer: a marketplace.

Think about how we find vacation homes, hire freelancers, or discover healthcare professionals. We rely on trusted platforms that connect people with qualified providers in a seamless, transparent way. Everfit is uniquely positioned to do exactly that for health and fitness.

With coaches already able to build robust workout programs, habit plans, and meal plans on the platform, and clients benefiting from an intuitive app designed around their goals, the natural next step is to connect the two at scale. Picture it as the Airbnb of health coaching: a space where people who want to improve their health can find qualified coaches ready to guide them.

Early conversations with coaches have surfaced a consistent theme: “How do I transition to online training and actually grow my client base?” The Marketplace answers that question directly. Whether you’re a newer coach looking to build your reputation, collect testimonials, and establish a personal brand through an easy-to-design profile — or an established coach with a large following who simply wants more clients— there’s a real opportunity here for everyone.

Democratizing Access to Quality Coaching

Here’s what gets me most excited: the days of paying thousands of dollars for personal coaching or committing to an expensive studio membership are over. I did that once, about 15 years ago, and it wasn’t sustainable. Everfit is genuinely changing the model, making quality health coaching accessible to anyone, on their own terms, at a price that actually works.

That’s good for coaches. That’s good for clients. And it’s a mission worth showing up for every day.

I’ll be sharing more as the Marketplace evolves. It’s early days, but the foundation is strong, and the vision is clear. If any of this resonates with you, whether you’re a coach curious about what this could mean for your business or a health seeker wondering what’s coming, I’d love to hear from you. Drop me a line.

Here’s to the next chapter. 🚀
